This vest features Noro's Kureyon yarn, a 100% wool yarn which is hand-dyed in Japan to produce a rich, shaded look. The design is done with the entrelac just on the bottom of the fronts, with double moss stitch on the yokes and back. If you've never done entrelac before, this is the sweater to learn on since it is only done on a small portion of the garment. The directions are clear. In fact, I taught myself to do it by completing this vest. I had so much fun it will surely not be my last entrelac project. The vest comes two sizes, a finished 41" which is done on #8 needles at 4.5 sts. = 1" and a finished 45" which is done on #9 needles at 4 sts. = 1". The finished length is 21" or 21 1/2". The shading in the yarn will make this vest very neutral for wearing with just about anything. Choose from the color shown or view the color card for other colors.
